Scheduling of New Patient Appointments:
To schedule an appointment, please call 816-746-5555 during office hours.
Office Hours:
Tuesday through Friday 10am-5pm.
Billing and Payment:
- Fees (including co-pays) are paid at the beginning of each appointment
- Cash and checks are the only forms of payment accepted at this office.
- Your insurance company will be billed for any applicable services.
- Some clinicians do not participate in insurance plans—fees will be discussed with you prior to scheduling your first patient appointment.
- In this case, you may be able submit bills to your insurance company directly-- our office is happy to provide receipts for services rendered.
Availability of New Patient appointments:
- Dr. Philipp Othmer has immediate availability for child and adolescent patients
- Robert Olivarez, LCSW has immediate availability for patients in need of counseling
- Availability subject to change at any time
